Joint Maker Aficionado/Farmhand

Job Summary

This position is for a dynamic, hard working individual, who is passionate about clean cannabis from all angles of production. While the primary job will be in our processing shop cranking out orders, during the Summer-Fall seasons help will often be needed out on the farm.  The ideal candidate would be someone who is very detail-oriented and fancies themselves a jack-of-all trades.  We are a close-knit crew, and everyone wears several different hats all the time, no two days are ever the same!

Must be 21 Years or Older

Must live within an hour's drive from the farm in Deming, WA with reliable transportation.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for creation of Eagle Trees joints through all steps of production.

  • Maintain the quality and consistency of our pre-rolls from start to finish.



    Use specific inventory software to keep track of material and create orders.


  • Work on the farm as needed, particularly during busy times like planting and harvesting.

  • Follow all state-mandated regulations.

  • Coordinate daily responsibilities with the rest of the team.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience (Helpful, but not required)

  • Experience working in a processing/production/order fulfillment environment.

  • Experience working with cannabis processing, both wet and dry material.

  • Previous farm work, or other outdoor physical labor, is encouraged.

  • Familiarity with WAC regulations.

  • Comfortability with G-Suite, and computers in general.  Past experience with inventory management software is an extra plus.

Necessary Skills

  • A high-energy team player who also excels at individual tasks and time-management.

  • Ability to move 50lbs.

  • Ability to stand stationary for long periods of time.

  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and communicative.




Pay: $16/hr to start, 40 hours a week. Can be flexible for the right person
